Trip to Vietnam: Questions from a newbie

his is my first time traveling internationally so hopefully y'all can provide some feedback about my current plan. I am going to be spending a month in Vietnam with a friend. We'd like to fly into Ho Chi Man City, rent motor bikes and tour the countryside while staying in hostels. Our final destination is Hanoi. We'll both be living out of backpacking and don't mind roughing it. Any tips or advice from someone who's actually been to Vietnam? Is traveling south to north on motorbikes unfeasible in a month?

Oh. If you are coming to Vietnam for the first time, traveling from south to north is quite a challenging journey. Vietnam is a country with many means of transportation, especially motorbikes. Moreover, they go very fast. Consider carefully whether you have enough courage and health.

Life is journeys!
